This approach enabled ZUS Coffee to personalize communications with their customers, resulting in highly targeted marketing execution that could optimize customer engagement and resource allocation.

From 2023 to 2024, the activation driven by Antsomi CDP 365 increased by 3X of converted customers, 6X of transactions, and 6X of revenue by delivering personalised messages via targeted campaigns
